A depiction of emotions so strong that they cannot be kept inside. The emotions need to be expressed. Sometimes we need to anchor and ground ourselves into a bubble. Some bubbles may give us time and space to feel safe, to recharge our spiritual, emotional, and physical selves.The cycles of life can be like navigating bubbles. What are your emotional bubbles? Maybe there are bubbles that no longer serve us and we are ready for different ones. Maybe we need to take an inventory of our emotional bubbles every so often.
