A few years back, I attended a seminar on Mindfulness and Meditation that was geared for health care professionals. The Doctor who provided the training was a psychiatrist. Many patients are seen in the course of a day by a health care professional. Someone in the audience asked him what do you do when you are concerned about a few of the patients you saw in a day, do you take that concern home with you, what do you do? He said "I send them love and light and I let it go. It is how I keep myself healthy.''
